Mobile Lubricating Oil Ultra-Clean Purification Unit
Portable high-precision unit with on-line oil condition monitoring
Trailer-mounted mobile unit for on-site service. Combines ultra-fine filtration with continuous oil monitoring sensors. NAS 2 cleanliness achievable.
- Brings a reservoir to NAS 2 without draining it
- Sensors read cleanliness and water content as the oil passes, not from a sample taken afterwards
- Works between production runs rather than during them

| Separation principle | Ultra-fine filtration with multi-pass circulation |
What it removes
The same contaminants as a stationary purifier -- water, gas, particulate -- but the unit goes to the oil instead of the oil coming to the unit. Ultra-fine filtration combined with continuous oil-condition monitoring brings a reservoir to NAS 2 cleanliness on site, which means a machine that cannot be drained can still be brought back into specification between production runs.
How it works
The unit is trailer-mounted and connects to a reservoir through its own fill and drain points. Oil circulates while the machine is running or between shifts, so no production time is lost to a drain-and-refill. Continuous sensors read the oil as it passes, so the operator sees the cleanliness and the water content falling in real time rather than sampling afterwards and hoping. NAS 2 is achievable because the filtration stage is a fine one and the circulation is long enough to make multiple passes.
Where it is used
Where the oil volume is too large to move and the downtime window is short. A steel mill that separated 2.2 tonnes of water from its oil-film bearing oil in a single day is the classic mobile job. An appliance plant that kept changing out vacuum pump oil is the other: the oil was not worn out, it was being contaminated faster than it could be replaced economically.
Options and service
Trailer or skid, with hose lengths set to the site. Continuous monitoring for cleanliness, water content and temperature. Available as a service contract as well as a purchase -- for a plant with a handful of large reservoirs, a scheduled visit is often cheaper than a unit standing idle.
Common questions
Does the machine have to be stopped?
No. The unit connects to the reservoir through its own fill and drain ports and circulates while the machine runs or between shifts.
How is NAS 2 reached on site?
The filtration stage is fine and the circulation runs long enough to make several passes, with the sensors confirming the drop in real time.
What kind of job suits it?
Large charges that cannot be moved and short shutdown windows — oil-film bearing systems, and vacuum pump oil contaminated faster than it can be replaced.
