Send an inquiry

Five things to send with the enquiry

Five things to send with the enquiry

The form below takes names and contact details. These five are what actually decide the proposal, and none of them needs a laboratory to estimate.

  • Oil type — hydraulic, turbine, gear, bearing-film, fire-resistant fluid, vacuum pump oil, waste oil. The grade, if you know it.
  • Viscosity — and whether the oil is cold or hot in service. Viscosity is what rules the vacuum route in or out.
  • Water ingress — how it gets in, and roughly how much. A split seal and a leaking cooler are different problems with different answers.
  • Current instrument reading — water content, cleanliness class or particle count, acid value, whatever the site already measures. "Never measured" is also an answer, and a useful one.
  • Target value — what the equipment or the reuse standard has to reach. A target is what makes a proposal checkable later.

The intake sheet

What to fill in, and what to do where you do not have the number. Nothing on this list is an equipment specification; it is what we need to read your duty.

Oil type and grade Example: hydraulic oil, turbine oil, gear oil, fire-resistant fluid, waste oil
Viscosity cSt at the working temperature. A number or a rough band is enough
Water content now ppm or % from the site instrument, or "not measured"
Cleanliness now NAS class, ISO code or particle count, if the site tracks it
Target cleanliness The class the equipment or the reuse standard requires
Volume to be treated Tank size or hourly throughput the machine has to keep up with
Online or offline Whether the machine can be taken off line decides the layout
What is actually wrong Emulsified, darkened, heavy particles, corrosion, foaming, or a combination
What is already on site Existing filtration, degassing or pretreatment, and the space available

From the enquiry to the running machine

Five steps. What each one covers, and where your own staff are still the ones who decide.

  1. 01 Pre-sales selection Matching the oil, the duty and the target to one of the four purification routes and the series built on it.
  2. 02 Duty diagnosis Reading the failure mode off your data before choosing equipment: water ingress, particle wear, heat breakdown, or colour and contamination carried over from previous service.
  3. 03 Proposal A configuration against the duty, not a model out of a catalogue. The equipment range is offered built to order.
  4. 04 Installation and commissioning Site installation and commissioning, arranged with the machine rather than sold separately from it.
  5. 05 After-sales An after-sales network reaching across the country, with service centres in several regions and flexible rental or purchase options if the need changes.

Rent, buy, or act for us

Four ways to work with us. Which one fits depends on how many machines your customers run and how far your service radius reaches — not on a standard package.

Service companies Rental Take the equipment on rental where a customer needs purification for a period rather than as a fixed asset. The range is offered for rental as well as sale.
Purchase Buy the machine outright, configured against the duty and built to order rather than picked from a list.
Channel Agency Act as a local agent. Agents and distributors are being recruited across the country.
On-site service On-site service work, where the machine follows the duty instead of the oil being brought to the machine.
What a service record looks like

What a service record looks like

Eleven service records, all in the same shape: the oil, the fault, and what the instrument read afterwards. Customers appear by industry rather than by name.

One of them: a steel plant in north-east China had fatty-acid-ester fire-resistant fluid that took in water and emulsified year after year. After treatment on the nano-screening purification equipment, water content was held at 800 ppm, which met the production standard.

A number on its own says little. Set beside the oil it came from and the fault it corrected, it says whether the same result is plausible on your system.

Asked often enough to write down

Seven questions that come up before the first order. Where an answer would need a number we have not measured, it stops — and the rest is a conversation.

Can we rent instead of buying?
Yes. The stated arrangements are rental, sale, on-site service and agency. Which one makes sense depends on how many machines your own customers actually operate.
Can the oil be looked at before equipment is chosen?
Send the current instrument reading and the target value, and the failure mode can be read before a model is discussed: water ingress, particle wear, heat breakdown, or colour and contamination. The published service cases are written in exactly that shape.
Online or offline treatment?
Both are offered, and the equipment is configured per application. Whether the machine can be taken off line without stopping production is a site decision, and it changes the layout rather than the route.
Which technical routes are on offer?
Centrifugal, membrane, vacuum and electrostatic, split across seven product series. The route follows what the oil needs rather than what the industry is called.
Is customisation possible?
Customisation is stated as supported, and the range covers several precision series and more than 30 products. A plant running two oil systems can be specified around one supplier and one service contract rather than two.
Which industries are covered?
Petrochemical, steel, power generation, lithium battery and lithium film, tyres and rubber, industrial oily wastewater, waste oil recycling, water treatment, bulk material separation, mining, coal chemical, metal processing, bearing machining, lubricant production, automotive, shipbuilding, textiles and printing, pharmaceuticals, food, and military and aerospace. Twenty-plus industries in all.
Do you work through agents and distributors?
Agents and distributors are being recruited across the country. Rental, sale and on-site service can be combined; which arrangement works is agreed per case rather than from a fixed package.

Each one names the oil, the fault it arrived with, and the reading the instrument gave afterwards.

7 Product series, from vacuum to electrostatic
30+ Products across several precision series
20+ Industries served, online or offline
40+ Granted technical patents, invention patents over half
The registrations behind the equipment

The registrations behind the equipment

National high-tech enterprise, national technology-based SME, listed in the National Catalogue of Major Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment, and a participant in drafting the industry standard for ultrafiltration water treatment equipment. Provincial recognitions include specialised-and-innovative SME status, first-set technical product, low-carbon star, a circular-economy innovation award and standardisation pilot enterprise.

What each designation covers, and the body that issued it, is set out on the About page.

Not sure which route your oil needs?

Start with the oil, not the model. Send the readings and the route follows from them. If a call is quicker than an email, the hotline is in the header of every page.
